Future of Schwab Advisor Center

LAUREN WILKINSON: All right. So we've been talking a lot about best of both. And I've heard a lot of questions from advisors around what is the website going to look like when we bring together Schwab Advisor Center and Veo One? And so we're pleased to share today a sneak peek of what that experience will look like. So this is truly a sneak peek of work that is in progress on our website. We have teams actively collaborating together to really bring the best of Schwab Advisor Center and Veo One into a new web experience.
And so what you're seeing here, this is Schwab Advisor Center. So the new experience will be built on Schwab Advisor Center as the foundation. Schwab Advisor Center is a very feature-rich website, currently supports over 7,000 advisors and $2 trillion in assets. And what we'll be doing is really bringing over the most popular features from Veo One, as well as some overall modernization and requests that we've heard for many years from Schwab advisors.
So for those of you who are familiar with Schwab Advisor Center already, the first thing you'll notice is a new look. This is a new look across the board on Schwab Advisor Center. We'll be modernizing the look and feel, and make it easier to use. And, also, this page that you're looking at is a brand new page to Schwab Advisor Center. However, for those of you who use Veo One, this probably looks very familiar. We're bringing over this dashboard from Veo One into Schwab Advisor Center. This also incorporates elements of our very popular Portfolio Connect system here at Schwab.
So as I scroll through the dashboard, you can see you're looking at information of your overall firm level, and you can see I'll just scroll through it. You can see Assets Under Management at a glance. Asset Flow shows you your inflows and outflows, overall Account Overview and your top 10 holdings at Schwab. And if I move over here to the right side, you can see Events, Bulletins, Alerts, and Status information rolled up. So on your right-hand side, you see a lot of important operational information on actions that might need your attention.
This dashboard is customizable, so you can minimize the widgets, you can also customize which widgets you want to see.
All right. I'm now going to click over to the Accounts tab. So the dashboard is one of the main things that we're bringing over. I also want to now move over to the Accounts tab. So for people who are new to Schwab Advisor Center, you might not have seen it before, just to orient you. You know, this accounts area is really where you'll view all your account information, and see trading, money movement, and other key parts of the website here.
In the accounts area, we are doing a full rewrite of the accounts area, with the goal to make it easier to access key information, and really bringing over a lot of the navigational elements that people know and love from Veo One. So as you look at this accounts area, just to orient you, you're able to view the information at different levels. So, here, what you're looking at is the firm level. So that means that's all accounts that you have access to on Schwab Advisor Center. And you're able to, on the left, we call this the account switcher. This is where you can switch between views. And you can see information. Here we're looking at the firm level. You can also drill in to look at it at a master account level. Masters are comparable to Rep CO's on Veo One. You can view account holders, you can drill into individual account, or you can create your own custom groups, and that's a way for you to create any flexible group of accounts that you want. So, for example, you could set up your own household, or family and friends, or other types of groups.
So there's different ways of viewing the information. It's going to show you your most recent information by default, but you can also click over here to see all accounts and browse that way, or we also have a bookmark feature where you can bookmark accounts that you might work with regularly, and you can filter the list to look at just your bookmarked accounts. Those of you, again, who are familiar with Veo One, will recognize this bookmark feature, and it's actually something we had heard a lot from Schwab advisors, as well, as being something that would be very helpful.
I want to highlight, as well, we're introducing an account nickname or account description feature. This allows you to add your own description to the accounts and you'll be able to search on those descriptions for easier access to the accounts that you want to work with.
The last thing I want to point out is an Actions menu. So we're going to be… this is a great concept from Veo One that we're introducing on Schwab Advisor Center, that no matter what you're looking at you are able to quickly access actions that are most relevant to what you're currently looking at. So this is actually the master account view. We also have different actions, whether you're looking at an account or a client, and it just helps with navigation of the website.
So I'm going to stop there with the screen share and just come back to the video. That's really just a sneak peek, just a little taste of some of the work we're doing to bring these websites together. Certainly, not meant to be an exhaustive list of everything we're doing. Just wanted everyone to get a little bit of sense, and, hopefully, for those of you who are familiar with Veo One, give you some comfort that a lot of the popular features on Veo One, you will be able to continue to use on Schwab Advisor Center.
