    You should have received your Service team contact information via email. Keep it handy.
  • 8:30 pm ET on September 1

    Transition begins! Last day to conduct business on the Veo One® platform.
  • September 5

    This is the first business day after transition weekend.

In addition to the Institutional Information Hub, you can also contact your existing service team with any other questions. There are plenty of opportunities to attend live and on-demand training leading up to and during the transition: see our Event calendar for more details.

Our goal is to minimize disruption to service relationships as much as possible.  For many advisors, the service model you have at TD Ameritrade Institutional will be very similar to what you will have with Schwab Advisor Services after the transition. We also made every effort to maintain service relationships where possible. We will begin to communicate final service team assignments beginning in July and continuing through August. You will be contacted via phone or email by your go-forward team/contact in advance of account transition.

Across the entire firm, our focus is on identifying redundant or overlapping roles while retaining the best talent from both organizations to provide you with an industry-leading client experience. We take these decisions very seriously as it is our goal to preserve the very best talent available as we bring our two platforms together. At account transition, TD Ameritrade Institutional service professionals will begin to work on the Schwab platform.
